WETLAND CODE:

OBL – Obligate Wetland: Occurs almost always under natural conditions in wetlands.

FACW – Facultative Wetland: Usually occurs in wetlands, but occasionally found in non-wetlands.

FAC – Facultative: Equally likely to occur in wetlands or non-wetlands.

FACU – Facultative Upland: Usually occurs in non-wetlands, but occasionally found in wetlands.

UPL – Obligate Upland: Occurs almost always under natural conditions in non-wetlands.

SOIL MOISTURE:

W (Wet) – Saturated Soil

WM (Wet Mesic) – Seasonally Saturated Soil

M (Mesic) – Moderately Moist Soil

DM (Dry Mesic) – Well Drained Soil

D (Dry) – Excessively Drained Soil

SUN EXPOSURE:

Full = Full Sun

Partial = Partial Sun

Shade = Shade
